Virtu Electrical

Virtu Electrical is run by Chris from Sale and covers Timperley, Altrincham and the wider Manchester and North West area. He started the business to deliver the kind of electrical installation service he would want himself. Work includes rewires, consumer unit upgrades, smart home systems, EV charger installs and CCTV and security. EICR inspections are offered for residential and commercial properties, aimed at landlords, homeowners, estate agents and business owners. Pricing depends on property size, the number of circuits and the age of the property, since larger homes and older wiring take longer to inspect. Landlords are legally required to hold a valid EICR, and homeowners are advised to arrange one every 10 years. Rated 5.0 from 30 Google reviews, all of them five stars.
